private agreement where he is supposed to pay me weekly but he hasn't stuck to that agreement from 5 years ago. So fast forward to now - he moved back to NY and is working a job I got him. I know how much he makes. How do I approach a convo about what he is going to give me weekly? He works off the books so trying to have child support enforce anything is pointless. He gave me $$ for the first time 2 weeks ago.. i'm wondering if he will continue.
