bad they smell because I've never noticed any odor coming from any of my other shoes. Ever. These sneakers now smell worse than dh's shoes (which is saying a lot). Can they be saved? - Wash them in the washing machine in hot water. Put in a bit of bleach if they are white. If not white then oxyclean. 10-31-2016 8:27am
- you have to stuff them with rags and leave them outside or put them in the dryer on low or something. but they might not ever recover 10-31-2016 8:27am
