Well, 5 hours of phone calls later, the doctors office, insurance, and pharmacy all refuse to admit/confirm who is in charge of keeping track of this, and I have been told it could take up to 30 days for them to get the paperwork in order and refill the Rx. I ask if this is going to happen every 6 months or so for the next 10 years that he is on the meds? And everyone is like, dunno, maybe. Seriously?

they don't do that, find another pharmacy that would, pick up the script from one, drop it at the other go through the whole rigamarole. Such a PITA

insurance company rejects it, have to wait for a "case " number etc. It took less than 24 hours to get it done, when I was told it would take 2 weeks
