up. he said it would be base + comm and i'm not sure what to ask for. they're asking a lot - they want to expand out east (where i am), want me to hire an admin, find consultants, find business, do some marketing, license management, travel, etc. i told him i haven't worked under a base + comm model, but that i'm looking for $115k to $125k. am i going in the right direction?
