If I get enough sleep, I am able to function better that day. I prepare higher-fiber foods. I move more. Bad habits beget bad habits. Carbs beget carbs. Stressing over a binge doesn't do anything, but release a craving for more binging. Naturally thin people, don't beat themselves up over what they eat.
