manipulation (yup!) and a whole lot of focused core strengthening exercises. Oh, and some myofacial release which hurt like a mofo but really helped. Anyway, you may have literally pulled the muscles somehow (mine are prone to this) but if it recurs you might want to have it checked out. Kegels are not enough (and I found out in PT that we're all doing them wrong, anyway).
