Widow who wanted to use her late husband's frozen sperm to have a baby sues LA fertility clinic 'for accidentally giving it to someone else'...
The 41-year-old had the sperm of her husband, - who suffered from the genetic disorder Marfan syndrome - frozen before his death in May 2004. The specimen was then stored at Reproductive Fertility Center in West Hollywood, to whom she paid a yearly storage fee.
However, when she went to the clinic in November 2014 ready to try and start having children, she was told the sperm had somehow been lost.
