Have you heard of this diet plan called The Plan? You kind of eliminate nearly everything and then each day you add something back and see if you're negatively reactive to it?...
Well, it's got a fan-base and I've been reading around about it, but here's what I don't get. People may add something, like eggs, one day and say "ok, i was tired and gained two pounds the next day, that's how I know I can't eat eggs" --- but for me, I can be tired and gain 2 lbs just because I'm ovulating or getting my period or have my period or any number of things. How are people so sure? (If you're familiar with the Plan)
