constantly hungry. I feel like I'm starving. What is wrong with me? I don't get the sense that other people are this hungry (am part of their online community). Any experts that can weigh in? I am eating lean protein at almost every meal.
I'm not sure why someone is disliking this, bc it is true. To control the hunger you need to very gradually diet so you don't get ravenous. Focus on losing at most 1 lb per week....(more)6-6-2016 5:11pm
