really didn't think it could get worse than that, but there have been a string of terrible judgement calls by teachers and administrators. Incompetence from some, hostility to others. I have been pretty charitable in terms of understanding that they are understaffed and overwhelmed but I think I've had it after my conversation with the associate sup about yet another issue (a teacher emailing other parents confidential info about my son). I am considering an attorney. Besides a laundry list of horrible things they have done to my son he was told to do into a closet this year as his "safe" place to deescalate when he felt a meltdown coming on. That alone warrants a law suit, right? I really am not litigious but we have spent so much on therapy from the trauma he experience from that last teacher, we paid for pre-k when he was entitled to free pre-k. can't seem to get ahead because of the money we have had to spend that was the school districts responsibility, or was a result of their negligence. Something feels icky for going after them for money, but is that the only language they speak?
