you had discussions over email rather than meet in person? Then you are able to digest what they say and really take it in and then calmly respond..and also have a record of what they are saying...every time I go to the teachers I don't get a word in and they are defensive to my comments and questions, I feel like nothing happens other than they have spent another 10 minutes belittling my son and defending themselves.

or staff in class that anything was happening, his book home everyday says "good day" and now this support worker says he shouldn't be going on the school camping trip next week. So I emailed and said I haven't been informed of my ds having such difficulties etc and its hard for me to help him and help them if we're not on the same page and I'm not privy to issues going on. My ds hates this class, I want him out so badly.
