tennis….being active at least 4 days a week. I thought I was walking in to an old school body sculpt class but it was a full body workout on steroids. Jumping lunges and squats etc….everything was super hard. I thought I was going to die but I didn't. Sure I was bigger than everyone else but I was one of the strongest! Go me. Two people even left but I made it through the whole class and could do pretty much every thing. : )

gross but it's good). i eat mostly protein and a ton of vegetables and fruit.
