building as owed but there is no way to enforce him paying if he doesn't work. Sorry there is no answer. Kids are close to ten now so i keep telling myself i am halfway there but I am just pissed that he gets off the hook like this! He is working a 2nd job off the books.. so not fair. I work full time and i am so stressed not being able to make ends meet.
