graduates w hile job hunting. then! a job comes open. it's the job she assisted with as an intern and has done as a volunteer (among othe rthings). why hold open recruitment and interview for weeks rathe rthan just offer the former intern/current volunteer the job you know she can already do?? and it's not because she's unliked. she got a HUG from the interviewer when she interviewd for the spot.
