process the exchange/return, the clerk told me she was putting the credit back on my Discover card. I said " you mean Amex" and she showed me the receipt and it was paid for on a Discover card. I don't have a Discover card and the last 4 digits did not match any of my cards. How weird is that? how could this have happened? I asked her to see if she could see what happened and she said that the day of the original purhcase i was the first customer for that particular clerk but there was no way that it would have processed on someone else's card. i have no idea what happened and not idea how to remedy this.
