I started running again... after not running for a long ass time.. and i have two mnster blisters on my second to last toes. they popped yesterday and two new ones formed right...

where the other ones were... it's like a new blister in the area where the other ones popped. what they hell do i do for them? i'm hobbling around like a weirdo. and i want to run tomorrow!! :/

- don't run tomorrow. go to a running shoe store and get properly fit. 9-3-2014 4:50pm

- Also make sure you have a good sock/shoe combo. Try Thorlos. And I second the wider toebox recommendation. 9-3-2014 4:51pm

- Coat them in a thick layer of zinc oxide, wear good running socks, just go 9-3-2014 4:52pm
