might make me feel better. So here I am a year later and I do feel great. I don't eat any sweets EVER. No desserts, no snack foods. Just my three meals and a snack of usually fruit and/or nuts. I didn't lose any weight but I don't really fluctuate the 3-4 lbs I used to go up and down. Now I pretty much stay at my lower weight. I don't crave sugar or anything sweet ever really and I have more energy, sleep better, my skin looks better. I'm just sharing in case you wanted to try it next year!
