putting off a lot of buyers. SO the bank decided to fix it. We saw the house when it was undergoing repairs and realized they were fixing it cheaply and that the house would be damaged again in a few months. We lowballed the bank based on repair costs and they rejected it. We know the problems with the house, which is being sold as-is, but some other person will come along and not really realize the problems in the house. They probably won't even be evident to an inspector. Is there any way I can report the bank or the realtors for their unethical behavior?
