Ordered pizza last night. The order obviously didn't go through correctly on the website(which I later discovered to be the case), and I ended up with a small cheese and a medium...
cheese. The small should've had toppings. I went to order a new pizza online thinking I had messed up the order, willing to pay for a new small pizza, so while reordering I discover the website is the problem. It's not adding toppings. I clled the store which took several tries because the line was busy. I finally got through, and in a nice tone I started to explain that I got my order, it was incorrect, and I was trying to reorder online. The girl started biting me head off and snapping at me that my order was correct, and I calmly said I'm not calling to complain(cause I don't want foreign matter in my food) that I was calling to reorder and told her the website wasn't working correctly. She proceeded to keep going off on me, telling me that got it right blah blah blah. I was nice the entire time hoping my food wasn't messed with, but god I got off the phone so pissed.
