Just read the story about East Coast liberal arts college tuition; they gouge the students, yet the faculty get paid SO much less than at other institutions (e.g., state schools)....

- not at small isolated liberal arts colleges. Much more common there, because there are som many academic/professional spouses, and nowhere else to work. 6-30-2011 3:22pm
- Perhaps at isolated ones, like Hobart&WS. I'm at another SLAC now, and we have NO funding for spousal hires, but we are in a major metro area. 6-30-2011 3:24pm
