new job and bought some things for our rental house. Now DH tells me that 2 of his coworkers are planning to move back home this summer as they think his company (teetering since the financial crisis) will finally be shut down this summer. So back to uncertainty again. This sucks.

means the business will be slightly under-capitalized. For me working at home would mean a 70% pay cut.
