equal. But it makes me nuts how so many people on the "team" act like if you're not putting in the equivalent of a full time job, you're not pulling your weight. If I did that, I'd be making 25 cents an hour.

i am only able to justify it bc i am able to work the hours i want and get a decent pay for it. it's not a lot of money, but as long as I'm only doing it as a part time job, it works.10-30-2010 10:47pm

those responsibilities as long as I stayed and helped out wiht other things. great guy. he's looking for a raise, and i told him that if he leaves, so do i. bc i refuse to pick up his workload. it's actually quite amazing to have a co-worker like this. never happened before.
