nurse capacity nor can we pay those rates (240/day). She has mentioned she doesn't have any work coming up. What could I offer her weekly to come with us in a live in nanny type of capacity? Of course, it would be ok if she got a baby nurse job and had to go or couldn't come but if she needs/wants the work, what's fair?
