She is stressing now because she says thank you for everything, but these are not people she can offer to treat dinner or whatnot. She's overwhelmed by the incredible experience and doesn't know what to do.

It’s the gesture and the thought that she appreciates the trip. Ds has a long term girlfriend with parents that have take ds on these kinds of trips. He usually tries to sneak in...(more) 6-26-2022 2:20pm
Meal or bring back breakfast treats or he makes them dinner. After one trip we sent beautiful art books to the parents, because they are collectors.

how about an Aura frame, which she can pre-load with pics from the vacation? or, more simply, a photo book with those pictures--send with a thoughtful thank you card. 6-26-2022 2:31pm
