- take her to grand central or penn station and have her figure that out...it's the same thing with flying but you have to go through security before you go to your "track" and you...(more) 5-22-2022 10:47am stop a a counter when you first walk in if you want to check your bags. After you get of the plane, you follow the signs to luggage claim. There is a big board there with all the flights that just came in so you look for yours to see what claim area is for your flight, go there, get bag when it comes out and leave
