to find a job in finance. She got her greencard. She's taking June off to go to her home country, and told me that when she gets back, she will start looking for job in finance. Could take months (or years, I suppose) or not. Asked if she could work for us till she finds something. am very torn: We are moving over the summer, dd starts school the fall and I am pg (tho nanny doesn't know). Feel like it's a lot of change for dd, but don't know when the "right" time to find a new nanny is? Sorry for long post, just lost here.

ld be looking for a new one while the old one is still with you and tell her you'll keep her as long as you can but not make a promise to keep her til she finds her dream job, since you have no way of knowing how long it will take for that to happen.
