- the majority upheld some of what Newsom wanted, including percentage restrictions and bans on singing but not the rest. The 3 liberals wanted to give Newsom everything he wanted....(more) 2-6-2021 7:25am
  3 of the conservatives wanted to give the churches everything they wanted including no restrictions at all. But Roberts/Kav/ACB took the middle ground and that is the effective decision

    Their approval rating is way higher than congress. Neither side wins every time which is the way it should be
