al health due to pandemic-related losses, restrictions, school changes, stress? Undoubtedly, everyone is struggling and strained in some way, but what I am seeing is that teens/YAs are being hit especially hard with isolation, stress, and loss of independence at a time when they should be exploring and figuring themselves out a bit more. For those of you with struggling kids (teens/YA mostly), how do you plan to get through the winter? What kind of supports do you have- spouse, friends, nearby family, supportive teachers and school, therapist or LCSW? Are there any good supports for teens and YA, in general, like online support groups anyone recommends? Does anyone have DC attending a school that offers anonymous chatting with peers or psychologists?
