Three of his friends, same background from college are trump supporters. They own businesses or are in commercial real estate and think trump is better for the country economically. More than that they hate dems and blame the party for keeping black America in the depressed situation through not having policies that encourage job growth and economic development. Then, I recently had a conversation about politics with a (black) friend from church. She was supporting trump because of abortion stance. And my brother mentioned similar about one of his friends. It’s an ugly revelation for me. Six months ago I would have been very surprised to know that people in or close to my circle supported him but it’s no longer unthinkable.
