dinner. the after dinner walking is when i used to come on ybm or read the news incessantly and get very anxious. more than anything, this is so good for my mental health. plus i get away from my family for awhile.

that, i challenged myself to do 10, because frankly, i have the time. i thought i would just do it for the month and then be done with it, but now i look forward to how my body feels. i sleep so much better. i was drinking and baking too much before.
