            descriptions btw. but I remember it very well. she would cry and talk about totally inappropriate things with her tween/teen kids. but in her 50's it went away, she is very even and has been since then. if I were her I would have done HRT

          course, but if you want a relationship do not write yourself off as un-dateable because of depression. first of all, this is such a common problem. I think it's so under-reported. and it also doesn't always persist, as in my case, although I know I'll always be at higher risk of it coming back. I wish you the best.

      of it really clearly. It felt like I had "emotional flu", like I was not in charge of my mood. It was shocking to experience this for a brief spell, and really made me understand that it is a biological state, not a "choice" or a "habit" etc.
