The child is likely to stay in the same school through the middle school (~8th grade).
The apartment itself (e.g. size, number of rooms, quality) and the amenities (e.g. laundry, elevator, security) are about the same. Both apartments are conveniently located for everyday errands (e.g. close to grocery, bank, pharmacy etc).
If you were me, which one would you pick?

have heard people say they would not choose it for a kid without learning challenges unless sit was a sibling etc. But how academically strong does a lower school have to be? Does this school stop in 8th grade? I can see a kid thriving and rising to the top academically and then you see what kind of learner they are and can go to Dalton etc in 9th grade of that kind of kid. Where od kids move onto from their? If through 8, look at high school placement and se the range. If through 12, what is the college placement like? I would be satisfied if even just a few at top colleges. If none at all, that tells a different story.

necessarily ivies, but a the strong liberal arts colleges and strong state schools, that will be a sign that their model can work. (and if they can get even one or two of their special needs students in few of those schools or SUNY/CUNY schools that will be an important marker).
