Agreement was set up that we would work out payment from ex to me off record. I thought we could handle this. Now that DC has been diagnosed with special needs, I've put up for payment for supports and doctors with ex bitching that I'm just signing up dc for anything I can find. he doesn't even contribute even a 1/4 of everything I dish out in time and money. I've decided I had enough. I'd like to find an attorney to help me revise our paperwork and get him to pay his fair share on a regular basis. I am too tired and overwhelmed to have to chase and get rung into his passive aggressive games. Anyone have an experienced and non-feet dragging attorney you can refer me to?

Wealthy Jewish family with DC with ADHD & Sensory - Was never a behavior problem - Private K school would not take him back for 1st as his ADHD needed more support. Had very little options and sent him to a SN school sort of blindly as we were uneducated on SN schools.- In just 6 months, the school has made my son a different person as the place is littered with behavior problems. I want to cry - but I stay strong.

you, as the teacher, have to have some level of discipline or nothing will get done. It takes less than half the time to do home school than regular school and have the kids learn the same amount of info but you do have to put the half in. Home school is very stress free for most families and the kids learn a ton more then they would at a traditional school
