    the fat is becoming hard, like a person built on myself and no matter what I can't reverse it. Eating very healthy and never go out to dinner apart from maybe a piece of pizza once a month. I don't work out like I should as I feel tired all the time. Thyroid all ok... I'm 45 and my period comes every 19 days and I feel really hot from 3p.m.- bed. It only gets worse? Any advice ?
