    am trying to make this my focus as opposed to weight. I do feel more in control but have to do a better job of planning (like being hungry at a water park wasn't a great spot to be in:). Just wanted to thank you for motivating me. We can do this ladies!!!

    aren'tsupportive enough and you can see my cellulite through them. Please let me know what brand(s) are good for overweight bottom heavy women. I will feel so self conscious unless I buy pants like this.

Also, wondering why i was given estrogen only therapy, since i read that it could cause uterine cancer unless you've had a hysterectomy -I have not!     Hi, i just turned 46 and think i am in full menopause. No period for 9 months, 25 lb weight gain, low sex drive, sweating, hair loss, dry skin & genital area, mood swings, etc. I am a mess and feel like absolute garbage. I snap at my kids over relatively minor things. i am so miserable and am wondering if i should go on HRT, but am afraid of Cancer risk. Please help!
