- ^^^he's 10 now). Until he was about 6 1/2 or 7 he couldn't hear it. Once he recognized it, he started to correct it. At first, he substituted "sh" for the lisped "s' -...(more)"Shnake" or "Shnack" or call his sister "Ishabel" -- then he got better and better at auto correcting. It was kind of cute watching him try to figure out where to put his tongue.
