the market - just wondering how a new coop board would view us if we still had old apt to sell (we should have a decent amount of positive equity in current place)

we had 2 apts for a while, this was 3 yrs ago though. in this market, I wouldn't do this again-it was v. stressful 12-21-2008 10:13am

  - I'd sell and rent or try to rent from your buyer. but I wouldn't try and carry 2 apts right now-may not be able to sell one, can't get cleared by board, etc. 12-21-2008 10:15am

        yes, we'd need a mortgage, we could sublet current apt, but wouldn't want to carry it on our own for more than 6 mos or so 12-21-2008 10:43am
