- seriously, i was drinking 2-3 cans a day, cut it cold turkey and in a month dropped a ton and it didn;t stop coming off. people were envious of my shape 2-1-2013 12:41am

- drinking soda, 5'3 120-135 max, off the soda i dropped to 105 and god my body was amazing. just had db so not feeling it at the moment 2-1-2013 12:44am
