I don't understand how a woman who cheats is still entitled to alimony. I don't get it.

- I think he did this so he could get sole custody, possibly? But I think his lawyer was worthless. He doesn't have total sole custody. The mother get dd every other weekend. 2-1-2013 12:21am
- That is still sole custody. If he bought his dd from his wife essentially for 10 years alimony, that was his choice. 2-1-2013 12:22am
