How accurate is zillow

it got soft. used to give 'zestimates' even of shit for sale but now they just give the offering price 1-31-2013 11:16pm

which part? sales data is acccurate. zestimates are usually pegged to recent sales... 1-31-2013 11:16pm

    updating it is probably worth over $3million, but it's listed on zillow at $1.8mill
