you maintain a balance btw encouraging their creativity and not getting roped into the execution? My 6yo is obsessed with making things, but she's a perfectionist and her ideas outstrip her skills by miles.

I tone it down a bit, and, quite frankly, I don't help a lot, so ds is on his own for it. He's ok with that now. 4-13-2012 10:31am
