      the insurance premiums you get 'lower prices' on your medical crap. The reality is it is like the mob. You are paying the insurance company so that the hospitals won't fleece you and you only have to pay what they should've charged in the first place without the insurance premiums on top.

          what you will pay. This depends on your deductible your max OOP and whereyou are with that and then the negotiated rate with your provider. Charges are fixed. KNown. and only change once a year.
